We will work closely with each client company to design, construct and capitalize a superior facility to best meet the operating and lease or purchase objective of the tenant/client and capital source.

DAVIS COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT’S office development, management and leasing experience includes the speculative 130,000 SF two-story office building located at 4700 West Sam Houston Parkway North. This building was ultimately leased to STEWART TITLE COMPANY, NEXTEL COMMUNICATIONS, P&O NEDLLOYD LLC and RYLAND HOMES in 2001 and subsequently sold. Additionally, partnerships with AEW and GE proved ultimately successful in over 1.9 Million SF of Houston suburban office properties.

Our firm also serves as developer and general partner for joint venture development and investment opportunities. The most recent partnership involved the acquisition of a 72,020 SF office / warehouse at 15555 Vickery Drive in the World Houston Business Park.
